We hired John to renovate our multimillion-dollar beach house, and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly easy to work with, his pricing was fair, and the quality of his workmanship was excellent.
I renovate homes in Pennsylvania for a living, so I am very accustomed to working with contractors and managing extensive renovation projects. I have high expectations when it comes to quality and craftsmanship, and John absolutely delivered.
If we purchase another property in Cape May or the surrounding area, or need any future repairs or renovations, John will be the first person we call. We were extremely pleased with his work and cannot recommend him highly enough!
John and his team were amazing. They did incredible work, were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They never left a mess at the end of the day. I love my new room!! I would highly recommend them.
John has done several jobs for me including an awesome kitchen. This time it was my new porch. It is beautiful!! And now I don't have to worry about the Amazon delivery men falling through my porch! LOL
John is reasonably priced, polite, everything is cleaned up when he's finished . I will definitely use him again.
John Robison of New Vision Builder tore down and reconstructed my 3 level, 1200 square foot rotted deck John was present on the job the entire time and worked as hard as his crew. He created a work of art with my new deck. He was meticulous, paid great attention to detail and is one of the best carpenters and builders I have ever met He was timely, did a great clean up and exceeded my expectations He was my last out of seven estimates and his price was the best. He was my lucky seven and you'll be lucky to hire him. I would hire him for any other work that I might require!
New Vision Builders and it's owner John (who was hands on during the entire project) did a beautiful job and I would recommend him to anyone. It was a 1200 square 3 level deck with many unique features, not an easy job. He gave attention to detail meet all of my expectations and completed the job in a timely fashion in spite of the hot weather we are experiencing. You'll be lucky to trust him with your vision.
Very efficient, great work, fair pricing. John is my go to carpenter, repair man, all around experience with home remodeling and repairs.
New Vision Builders were meticulous in their work. John saved the day when another builder did a terrible job. He is punctual and reasonable regarding price. I highly recommend him and his crew.
We have used New Vision Builders for several projects from replacing external doors, remodeling a bathroom, refurbishing a shed, installing outside lighting, to installing an outside enclosure for our HVAC. In all cases, we have been very pleased with the work he has done for us. John is very responsive and extremely helpful.
Excellent and Professional. I had 3 bathrooms done and they all came out better than I imagined. John has ideas and thoughts I didnt even think of. Highly recommended.
We had John close off a room at our beach house to make a bunk bed room for our grandkids. He was amazing to work with. Was very meticulous. Had to make it look like it was always there’. He put the extra effort in to make that happen. We have nothing but good things to say about him. John also helped us fix my daughter’s bathroom that a previous contract messed up on. He went out of his way to fix the problems and did both jobs for us in a very timely matter. He truly is amazing!
